A two-stage joinery package for the fit-out of a new-build extension of the QT Wellington. The first stage involved manufacturing and installing structural support components for the bar hamper and floating shelving, the second stage was for fit-off. The project came with it's own logistical challenges from manufacturing and installation of high-spec joinery items across two countries. Templates and set outs were done in New Zealand and the templates were transported back to Australia prior to fabrication. The fit-out contained many non-standard joinery materials which involved our team formulating new methods of fixing and installation.
