Early in his career Daniel found his feet in leadership roles progressing quickly to management. He has successfully overseen fit out projects throughout Australia which lead to him establishing Finch Kitchens and Joinery in 2004 as a 25 year old.
Daniel continued to further his formal education and business management skills to relaunch as Finch Projects in 2013.
Daniel boasts an impressive 20 years industry experience, as well as qualifications including Certificate IV in Frontline Management, Trade Certificate in Cabinet Making and Certificate II in Emergency Medical Service.
Daniel has enormous respect for customer service and has the belief that there is no greater compliment than a recommendation from a client.
One of Finch Projects original staff members, David boasts over 16 years industry experience, including two years overseeing commercial fit-outs in the UK. He has also managed all Finch Projects international fit-outs.
David holds a Diploma in Shopfitting & Detailed Joinery and has recently completed Pytha Design Software at TAFE. David has demonstrated a successful track record managing a fast paced factory, as well as managing the onsite operations for various commercial and residential projects.

A Shop Fitter / Detail Joiner by Trade, Dave has over 16 years industry experience working on commercial interiors throughout Australia, UK and Canada.
Dave recently completed a Diploma in Project Management and together with his proven leadership qualities successfully manages all aspects of the site installation process. He also works Overseas the WH&S aspects of the business, currently holding First Aid and Test and Tag certificates.
As a founding member of Finch Projects and with an exceptional skill set Dave is an invaluable member of the business.

Kearon joined Finch Projects as a site installer in 2015. Kearon completed his trade in Shop Fitting and Offsite Construction at Lidcombe TAFE in 2007 and has over 10 years' experience completing commercial fit-outs throughout Australia as well as our latest international project in New Zealand.
Kearon has recently completed shop drawing in Pytha 3D CAD and backs up our drafting team.
His extensive trade knowledge, calm demeanour and exceptional problem solving skills make him an integral part of the Finch Projects' management team.
Managing all administration, marketing and accounting responsibilities, Vanessa plays an essential role in the daily running of Finch Projects.
Vanessa brings over 16 years office experience including leadership roles at American Express and Flight Centre. She has also completed accounting, design and tourism courses and is currently studying a Diploma of Business Administration.
Finch Projects boasts a strong, dedicated team of fully qualified tradesmen. Encompassing Shopfitters, Joiners and Cabinet Makers, their extensive knowledge and skills are the backbone of the company both onsite and during the manufacturing process within the factory. Our tradesmen thrive on the diversity of projects available to us and take pride in delivering a quality finish each and every time.
Finch Projects also employs apprentices to ensure skills and values are passed on to our future leaders.
