This stunning brass-themed refurbishment of Wellington's most iconic hotel was Finch Projects' first international project. Due to time constraints an unorthodox approach to the construction process was necessary. Measurements were accurately set out to the new design prior to the base building works taking place.

Construction then commenced according to shop drawings created by us. To ensure smooth installation the entire project was assembled in our Sydney factories before being flat packed and shipped to New Zealand
